Ed Ward - The Musical Head liner note (1972)
More about the Orphic Egg label / the Musical Head series
Here's some more of the liner notes by name rock critics of the era - barely legible unfortunately - including Lester Bangs, Dave Marsh, Langdon Winner and David Dalton.
A nice example of Adorno-as-marketing from Ed Ward there: "The more alternative inputs people have, the more alternatives they see to The Way Things Are, the more likely they are to make changes."
Also, Classical as the true Punk: "There are a lot of folks out there looking for a change. And I can tell you, it ain't gonna come from the current rock Establishment".

Similar to Paul Morley's (wishful thinking) line in A Sound Mind - classical as cooler than rock + pop
